Amazing Price! Aman the Night Receptionist extremely friendly and helpful. Nice big bedroom, lots of hot water and very clean. Shame the Double Bed could be felt as a Twin with 2 bed put together..But that is noe a big problem. TV's are a bit small with no UK Channels. Breakfast was fantastic with great choices. I would definitely stay again! I love the old charm to this hotel but I felt the Breakfast decor was a bit too "plastic" like when it came to chairs and tables - look cheap did not fit in with the old "worldy" charm. But I do like this hotel very much!:) Thank you!

Had a brilliant stay. It was clean, in a good location, served a great breakfast and the staff were extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend and would certainly stay here again!!

I reserved a room but the reservation was turned down due to credit card problems. Never the less they charged me for the reservation anyway and it was too cumbersome to get this fixed. Eventually it was fixed, and a subsequent stay at the hotel was fine.

Great hotel in a great location, staff were super friendly and nothing too much trouble. Just 5 mins walk from Wencesles Square and plenty of restaurants and bar to go too. Breakfast was a great addition too. Plenty of choice. Would highly recommend this hotel for price, location and overall quality.

We had a very nice stay in this hotel, thanks to the staff and the comfortable room. 2 little remarks: the street next to our room was very noisy and the breakfast was delicious (especially the homemade bread !!) but repetitive.

The staff were polite and very helpful when asked the usual questions a tourist would ask about Prague. The room was spacious and clean. I have noted previous comments on Tripadviser about the breakfast. We had no problems and the breakfast was fine. The hotel have updated the breakfast room at no doubt some expense. It is different and maybe style has prevailed over practicality but no doubt management will be able to tell over time. Would we stay at the Deminka Palace again? Yes we would and also recommend to friends visiting Prague.

It was a pleasant stay and experience at Deminka Palace. Staffs were extremely helpful and showed great hospitality. It's a real palace stay and looking forward to go there again.

Great hotel with big rooms. Great location connected by tram or Metro to all of Prague. Great service and very friendly and smiling reception staff. Its getting a little old but still feels great to live in there. This was my 3rd stay in this hotel in Prague.

Superb easy check in online ,reception staff very helpful/bar restaurant the same breakfast good hotel helped with area for bars ,restaurants very good location! sometimes when you are near stations the surrounding area can be undesirable in some city but Deminka is agreat area and safe lots to do will definitely stay again especially if you need a train 8min walk 3mins in cab very nice

Ideal location, Reception 24 hours and very helpful, provided maps for the public transport and also told us the stops we needed for certain places even one that they looked up for us.

Overall, we were very satisfied. Deminka Palace is perfectly located to visit all of the major Prague Christmas markets, as well as to take advantage of the city's transit system. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The only thing we would change about the room? A newer mattress, perhaps? Everything else was perfect for us.

Beautiful hotel in quiet location, but within walking distance of all attractions. Very comfortable, spacious suite with modern bathroom with large bathtub.

Enjoyed the stay. Hotel is in the great location. Friendly staff. Gorgeous interior and exterior. But because of its age, AC doesn't work so 4 out of 5 stars. Other than summer months that shouldn't be an issue. Will recommend and stay.

I and my wife spent one night in one room and three more nights in another room. Both rooms were even wider than expected, clean and beautiful. We asked to change the first room since my wife did not feel at ease staying in an actic on top of the building. We asked personnel on duty and he (Marek) made his best effort offering to change the room starting from the following day. We appreciated it very much. Also all the other staff were very friendly and helpful when requested of any information. The only thing I would suggest to improve is the breakfast area, food and equipment (specifically: more than one bread toaster, more sugar dispensers, more choice of croissants, some tables were too close to the food being obstacles to customers who wished to get food); I had also the feeling that the breakfast area was not so clean as much as the rooms were. Nevertheless I would be very happy come back again!!

The rooms arreally warm,lights should need stronger bulbs,and a microwave oven and a LOT more English-speaking channels(there's only on).Also,we were promised through several emails we would not have to move rooms,however,when we got there at 10pm we were told we would have to.It would have been nice if at least they offered us something to make it right,and all that happened was they apologizes.But overall,nice staff and nice rooms!

It was really a surprisingly nice hotel, much more than I have expected. The room is very comfortable, the style is of decoration is just what I wanted, the breakfast is nice, the location is exremely ideal for tourists. It will be my previleged choice in Prague. I would like to strongly recomnand this hotel to all the other tourists to Prague

Everyone was very nice. The place has lovely atmosphere. I would go back again should I be in Prague. Our room was a 2 floor penthouse, a little big for the two of us, but nice. A couple weird things...we had a kitchen in our unit. This included a refrigerator (with someone else's tomatoes in it) a stove but NO pots or pans. There were cups, plates etc but we could not wash them as there was not soap or towel in kitchen. Overall nice stay.

Really enjoyed my stay. The rooms are massive and all furnishings etc in good nick. Great pub downstairs too. Location is handy to the museum and walkable to town, but you probably wouldn't want to be any further away. Only very minor criticism is that there was no compendium in the room advising on services offered etc.

We loved the charm of the decor and furnishings. We loved the peace and quiet. We appreciated the staff, who were so polite and helpful, especially the reception staff. The hotel is handy to the main railway station and to the attractions of Wenceslas Square and the Old Town.
